We know that Work-Life Balance and flexibility to support physical and mental health are critical. We offer a range of flexible working patterns which include a four and half day week/nine day fortnight, hybrid working and remote working.

A number of leave options include up to two weeks’ Purchased Annual Leave, and generous Paid Parental Leave Provisions for Primary Careers and Supporting Partners, including continuing superannuation contributions whilst on leave. Our Volunteering policy also provides employees with a day’s annual paid leave for helping out at a Not-for-Profit of their choice.
