Advanced Technology Support Program (ATSP) IDIQ is a rapid response, government-wide contracting vehicle that allows Government agencies quick and easy access to engineering products, services, and expertise.
Contract
- Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) or Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) task orders
- ID/IQ $17.4 billion ceiling
- Foreign military sales (FMS) engineering efforts are allowable
Administered by: Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA)
80 days average from RFP to contract award

Scope
The scope allows nearly all types of engineering efforts, including studies and analyses, design and development, prototyping, test, integration, limited production and logistic support.
All phases of engineering development for integrated hardware and software systems are in scope and can be embedded systems, standalone systems, large-scale integrated systems, network-centric warfare systems, data fusion systems and other systems of systems.
